Craven County Sheriff’s Office announces results of recent drug, gun arrests

CRAVEN COUNTY, N.C. (WITN) - Craven County Sheriff Chip Hughes announced on Tuesday the outcomes of recent drug and gun-related arrests.

After 30 arrests, Sheriff Hughes said they have seized some 28 ounces of cocaine, nearly 9 ounces of methamphetamine, 6.5 ounces of heroin and fentanyl, and 542 dosage units of pills.

Deputies said they have also seized 21 guns and $17,000 in drug money.
