Sharon Johnson is the 6&11 evening anchor at WITN TV in Greenville, North Carolina. She anchors the evening newscast with co-anchor Dave Jordan and writes special news reports for station newscasts. Prior to relocating to North Carolina, Sharon lived and worked in television, county government, and academia in Greenville, South Carolina.
Tori is the Creative Services Producer for WITN. Tori is an East Carolina University alumna, where she received her bachelor's degree in Communication with a concentration in Journalism.
Liam joined the WITN News team in May of 2020 as a reporter and the Jacksonville Bureau Chief. He can be found on WITN weeknights at 4, 5, and 6.
Nikki Hauser joined the WITN team in July 2019 as a reporter. Nikki was born in Cincinnati, OH and moved to Los Angeles, CA before high school. She then lived in D.C. and graduated from Georgetown University, where she studied psychology, government, and Spanish. She has interned for Dateline NBC, KNBC in Los Angeles, and WRC in D.C.
Amber joined the WITN News team in November 2019. She started as a Producer/MMJ and then moved to a full-time, nightside Reporter position.
Austin co-anchors WITN News at Sunrise from 6-7 a.m. with Liz Bateson. He solo anchors WITN News at Noon.
Thomas Weybrecht joined the WITN team in October 2019 as a news producer. As of February 2020 he splits time between producing the noon and weekend evening shows and reporting on stories around Eastern Carolina.
Matt is the chief meteorologist at WITN. You can see him on WITN every weekday evening at 4, 5, 6 and 11pm.
Charlie Ironmonger joined WITN in October 2012. He is a meteorologist from the beautiful but rainy Seattle, Washington.
