Man killed in New Bern shooting

A shooting just after midnight has claimed the life of a man in one Eastern Carolina city.

New Bern police say the shooting happened at Beech Grove Mobile Home Park, which is off Washington Post Road.

Yusefiman Wright, 46, died at CarolinaEast Medical Center, according to police.

Neighbors say Wright lived down the street from where the shooting happened.

Anyone with information on the murder should call New Bern police at 252-633-2020.
