JACKSONVILLE, N.C. (WITN) - A Jacksonville woman was arrested Thursday in connection with a hit-and-run that killed a motorcyclist on Oct. 27.

The 22-year-old was taken to Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune, where he was pronounced dead.
Court records said that Stebbins is charged with hit and run causing a death, misdemeanor death by motor vehicle, and unsafe movement.
The 40-year-old received a $75,000 secured bond and will appear in court on Friday.
