GREENVILLE, N.C. (WITN) - A Wilson man is facing charges after warrants say he assaulted several people at ECU Health Medical Center.

21-year-old Kaden Craddock was arrested by ECU Health police in connection with two disturbances in the hospital’s emergency department.

Warrants say Craddock assaulted two campus police officers, an emergency department nurse and one other person on September 13th.

Craddock is accused of biting one officer and scratching another in the face. He also bit a nurse on the wrist and caused injuries that left abrasions, warrants say.

He reportedly threw a table at a woman, hitting her foot. He also damaged three computer monitors, according to court documents.

Another warrant alleges that another disturbance happened yesterday, also in the emergency department.

The records show Craddock assaulted a woman by taking her to the ground and holding her in a headlock.

While police and others in the department were trying to move Craddock away from the woman, he allegedly made threats towards nursing staff.

Craddock told another woman he would shoot her and hit her with a bat, warrants say.

Craddock has been charged with the following:

  • Assault physical injury on a law enforcement/probation/parole officer
  • Assault physical injury emergency personnel
  • Simple assault
  • Assault on a college/campus police officer
  • Damaging computers
  • Disorderly conduct
  • Assault on a female
  • Communicating threats

Craddock was arrested overnight and taken to the Pitt County Jail.

He’s being held without bond.

Records show he is not allowed on the premises of any ECU Health Medical Centers unless seeking medical treatment.
