(Gray News) – Frito-Lay has issued a recall of some Miss Vickie’s Spicy Dill Pickle Potato Chips for a potential allergy risk.

According to the recall notice, select 8-ounce bags could include jalapeño-flavored chips and therefore may contain undeclared milk.

Anyone with an allergy or sensitivity to milk should not eat the product, which could cause a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction.

The recalled chips were distributed as early as Jan. 15, 2026, to a mix of retailers including grocery, convenience and drug stores. The UPC listed on the back of the bag is 0 28400 761772.

They were sold in Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas.

No other Miss Vickie’s products, sizes or flavors are recalled, including bags in variety packs.

So far, no allergic reactions related to this recall have been reported.
