CRAVEN COUNTY, N.C. (WITN) - What appears to be an Eastern Carolina middle school immunization record can be found in the millions of documents released by the Justice Department surrounding Jeffrey Epstein.

Document EFTA01247940, released as part of the Epstein Files Transparency Act, appears to be an immunization record from Havelock Middle School dated October 2, 2000.

The file is heavily redacted with black bars over the person’s name, as well as their immunizations for diphtheria-tetanus-pertussis, polio, measles, mumps, rubella (MMR), and Haemophilus influenzae type b (Hib.)

It shows “Craven Co.” under the county header, and “HMS” as the school. “Havelock Middle Scho” can be read along the side of the page.

WITN has reached out to Craven County Schools for comment on the document.

As with many of the files that have been released, there is no context surrounding its presence and this person’s connection, if any, to the convicted child sex offender.

Epstein was found dead in his jail cell in 2019. His death was ruled a suicide.
