Pitt Community College spring graduation ceremony tonight

GREENVILLE, N.C. (WITN) - Graduates at one college here in the east will be celebrating Tuesday evening.

Pitt Community College will be holding its spring commencement this evening at East Carolina University’s Williams Arena at Minges Coliseum.

Hank Dunbar, manager of First Citizen’s Bank’s Charitable and Philanthropic Group will be the graduation speaker for the ceremony.

This will be the final graduation for PCC President Lawrence Rouse, who announced his retirement.

Officials say nearly 500 students are expected to participate in tonight’s graduation. The ceremony is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m.
