Partly cloudy skies early transition to clouds throughout the day as a cold front brings showers and storms later in the evening. Areas farther inland and north of Highway 70 will still see showers, but the storm threat looks more limited. Those who see any storms will have to watch for isolated wind gusts, heavy downpours, and small hail. With the sea breeze front around, those could influence some showers and storms.

We are in the 70s this afternoon, and temperatures will fall into the 40s and 50s tonight, as a north flow takes over. Feels like the temperature will be in the mid-40s at times. The morning chill will warm us up to the 60s and lower 70s. We are dry and breezy at times, from the north.

A calm Wednesday is on tap, but changes arrive later in the evening as another cold front brings showers and a few isolated storms. Still a low-end severe weather threat, but it will need to be watched carefully. Showers and storms will continue through Thursday morning, then skies will clear late morning, with highs in the 70s and lows back to the upper 40s and low 50s.

By the end of the week, we are in the 70s and sunny Friday, but a taste of summer highs kicks in for the weekend. We could see highs in the upper 80s and low 90s, with humidity increasing. Lows warm to the 60s.
