Investigation underway into secret peeping inside shower at ECU dorm

GREENVILLE, N.C. (WITN) - An investigation is currently underway into a secret peeping inside a shower at an ECU dorm.

ECU Police Deputy Chief Chris Sutton tells WITN that on Friday, a student who lives at Cotten Hall was preparing to take a shower in the shower stall when he noticed a hand holding a cell phone near his feet.

Before he could get dressed and go after the suspect, the person had left the area, police say.

According to police, the suspect entered the building after following another person inside unsuspectingly.
