Man shoots gun outside Greenville business

GREENVILLE, N.C. (WITN) - A Pitt County man is behind bars after police say he fired a gun outside a Greenville business.

Greenville police arrested 27-year-old Kameron McNeill on Sunday. Warrants show McNeill had a Glock handgun and fired several rounds outside Da Hotbox Lounge on South Memorial Drive.

McNeill was charged with discharging a firearm in city limits and going armed to the terror of the people.

Officers say no one was hurt and nothing was hit by the gunfire.

He was taken to the Pitt County Detention Center, where he remains under no bond.
