Craven County Sheriff’s Office releases new pictures of murder suspect as manhunt continues
CRAVEN COUNTY, N.C. (WITN) - As the search for Dominic Connelly continues, the Craven County Sheriff’s Office has released new pictures and information on the search.
Connelly is wanted for killing his grandmother in Havelock on Saturday and for stabbing a Craven County Deputy Wednesday night in Vanceboro.
The sheriff’s office says on Friday, Connelly was seen on a trail camera in the area of 10000 U.S. 17 Highway, Vanceboro.
The search moved into Beaufort County on CC Road after another possible sighting.
Connelly was not located.
The Sheriff’s Office is asking citizens in the area to check their surveillance systems and any trail cameras they have for images of Connelly.
The U.S Marshals have joined Craven County Crime Stoppers in offering a reward for information that leads to Connelly’s capture.
Connelly was last seen wearing a black long sleeve shirt and camo style pants.
The sheriff’s office urges people to not approach Connelly and immediately call 911 if you see him.
