Havelock man facing child porn charges following cyber tip

HAVELOCK, N.C. (WITN) - A Havelock man is facing child porn charges, according to police there.

Investigators say they got a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about 26-year-old Logan Forsblad.

An investigation by Havelock police, the Carteret County Sheriff’s Office, and the SBI led to Forsblad being arrested on four counts of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.

A magistrate’s order says that the children in the content ranged in approximate ages between 6 and 15.

Forsblad is being held under a $75,000 bond and was scheduled to have a first appearance today.

We’re told the investigation is ongoing.
