Chantal fades overnight

Tropical Storm Chantal made landfall just before 5 a.m. near Litchfield Beach, South Carolina. Maximum sustained winds at the time of landfall were 50 mph with gusts extending up to 70 mph.
Chantal will continue to fade overnight. Flash flooding and tornado issues may continue between the Triangle and the Triad. ENC is in the clear for anymore issues.
