WARRANTS: Craven County school board member, partner charged after domestic assault
ONSLOW COUNTY, N.C. (WITN) - A member of the Craven County school board was charged alongside her partner after a domestic assault, according to warrants.
Warrants say 38-year-old Lauren Kitzinger and 38-year-old Jordan Beaver were arrested Saturday by the Onslow County Sheriff’s Office.
Warrants go on to say that Beaver assaulted Kitzinger by striking her. Court documents say Beaver is being charged with assault on a female and a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
Kitzinger is alleged to have assaulted Beaver by striking him, warrants say. Kitzinger is being charged with simple assault and a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence, according to warrants.
Both warrants state that Kitzinger and Beaver were in a dating relationship with one another.
Court documents say both are still in custody at the Onslow County Jail and were placed on a 48-hour domestic violence hold.
