Lenoir County man celebrates $250,000 scratch-off win

RALEIGH, N.C. (WITN) - A Kinston man took a chance on a $5 scratch-off and took home the prize.
The North Carolina Education Lottery has announced that David Sutton of Kinston has won the $250,000 top prize of 20X the Cash.
Sutton bought his $5 scratch-off ticket from a Prime Food Mart in Kinston.
He took home $180,026 after required taxes.
According to the lottery there are thirteen remaining $250,000 top prizes.
