Ty Grant
Digital Content Producer
Ty Grant is a digital content producer for WALB News 10. A South Georgia native, she hails from Irwin County.
Ty earned her Business Specialist certification from Valencia College in Orlando, Florida. She later attended the University of South Florida St. Petersburg and holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
Her passion for journalism began at FOX 31 News in Albany, and she further expanded her experience in a larger market at WJBF News Channel 6 in Augusta. Ty enjoys talking to people and researching stories, and she is honored to report on topics that impact the people of South Georgia.
When she’s not at work, Ty enjoys roller skating, trying new foods, and spending quality time with family and friends. She is excited to be part of the WALB news team and looks forward to becoming more involved in the community.
