Two arrested in Halifax County drug-dealing investigation
HALIFAX COUNTY, N.C. (WITN) - Two people, including a convicted felon, are facing charges following a drug investigation in Halifax County.
Halifax County deputies say they executed search warrants at two separate locations on Monday that were both tied to suspected drug dealer, 50-year-old Samuel Massey.
