Music for the mountains: Benefit for WNC

GREENVILLE, N.C. (WITN) - Community members here in the east are still working hard at helping those still struggling in Western North Carolina after Hurricane Helene.

David Richmond is hosting “Music for the mountains” in hopes to collect winter items and baby formula for those in need in WNC.

Residents are encouraged to head out to the event to support a good cause while listening to live music from noon to 10 pm. There will be food trucks and even a Halloween costume contest.

Save the date for Saturday, October 26th located at 115 West Main Street in Williamston and 140 West Main Street.
