Sunday is Grandparents' Day, and I can't think of a better way to honor grandparents than by gathering together all of the family recipes that we've had tucked away on little pieces of paper and jotting down the ones we might only have in our memories to organize into a family cookbook. Talk about a great gift we can give ourselves and our families!

Chicken Burrito Bundles
Preheat oven to 350°F.

Place chicken and seasoning mix in a large resealable plastic bag; seal bag and shake to coat.

Spread beans down center of tortillas. Top with chicken, cheese, tomatoes, and onion; roll up and wrap each tortilla in aluminum foil.
Place bundles on a baking sheet and bake 15 minutes, or until heated through.

The Best Ever Brisket
Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a roasting pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Place brisket in roasting pan.

In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour over brisket, cover tightly with aluminum foil, and bake about 3 hours, or until meat is fork-tender. Slice brisket across the grain and serve with pan drippings.
