NEW INFO: Lenoir sheriff arrests two murder suspects

Deputies in Lenoir County say the public helped lead them to two people suspected in a deadly armed robbery.
Marilyn Noble, 71, was killed at her makeup and perfume business located at 2358 Highway 11 on June 12.
In the weeks following the armed robbery, Sheriff Ronnie Ingram says numerous pieces of evidence and assistance from the public aided in identifying 32-year-old Robert Lewis of Kinston and 36-year-old Edward Garrett of Greenville as suspects.
Ingram says, "This brings closure to a lengthy investigation that took hard work of law enforcement officers from numerous agencies. We are pleased that we were able to arrest the suspects to face charges for their crimes. Although the family of the victim can never regain what they have lost, I hope they will find some peace in knowing that the suspects in this incident will face justice for their actions.”
Both suspects were arrested and charged with first degree murder and robbery with a dangerous weapon. They're being held in the Lenoir County jail without bond.
