Victim in weekend Rocky Mount homicide identified

Police have identified a man killed over the weekend in one Eastern Carolina city.
Rocky Mount police say Antwon Chisley, 38, was found shot in the 100 block of Sullivan Lane.
It happened around 1:30 a.m. Saturday.
So far, no arrests have been made in the homicide.

The Rocky Mount Police Department is investigating after a man was killed early Saturday morning.
Officers responded to an aggravated assault call around 1:30 a.m. along the 100 block of Sullivan Lane, according to a press release.
At the scene officers found a 38-year-old man dead. The victim had been assaulted and died from his injuries, police said.
The victim's name is not yet being released.
This case is currently being investigated as a homicide.
