A neighborhood in one eastern Carolina city appears to have a bit of a bear problem.
These pictures are from Jean Waters Williamson of Pamlico Village, which is off River Road in Washington.
On her Facebook page, she says that the mother bear and two cubs have been visiting them for nearly a week. She snapped pictures of the bears Tuesday morning.
On May 7, she posted a picture of damage the bears are believed to have caused to her property. Williamson writes, "They ate all the birdseed, played with the garden hose and took the feeders with them."
Williamson says she posted the pictures as a warning to other residents since the bears are coming so close to their property, both day and night.
