Dave Jordan's Buffalo Chicken Dip


2 cream cheese (8 oz packages), softened
2 cans chicken (10 oz packages), drained
1 ¼ cup ranch dressing
¾ cup hot sauce (pepper sauce, like Red Hot)
1 ¾ cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
¼ cup crumbled blue cheese, optional

Cooking In The Morning


Mix cream cheese, half cheddar cheese, ranch and hot sauce in baking pan. Add in chicken, making sure it’s thoroughly mixed into cheese mixture. Spread evenly in pan. Top with remaining cheddar cheese (and blue cheese as you prefer.)

Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until bubbling.

Serve with celery sticks and crackers, or tortilla chips and enjoy!
