April Davis' Healthy Pizza


1/4 cup Ragu Pizza Sauce (30 calories)
1 light english muffin (100 calories), 1 spinach wrap (90 calories) OR Portabella mushroom (25 calories)
1/2 tbsp olive oil (60 calories)
1/4 cup lowfat mozzarella cheese (70 calories)
Fresh basil (1-5 calories)
3-4 tomato slices (15 calories)


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray pizza pan with non-stick spray. Place muffin (split in half), wrap flat, or mushroom upside down on pan. Brush “crust” with olive oil. Spread pizza sauce onto crust leaving an edge. Sprinkle half the cheese over sauce. Cover with basil and tomatoes. Sprinkle rest of cheese on top. Bake 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees. Let it cool for a few minutes, and eat!
