Friday Night Football Fettuccine with Chicken


  • 1 pound of fettuccine noodles
  • 1 and 1/2 cups of heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup of grated Romano cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast


  1. Cook fettuccine in boiling water.

  2. Mix butter and heavy cream and bring to boil stirring constantly while adding cheeses until cheese melts.

  3. Grill chicken breasts and cut into strips.

  4. Add chicken and cheese sauce to noodles and serve.
