World's largest Harris Teeter opens in New Bern

The world's largest Harris Teeter grocery store is now open here in Eastern Carolina.

The new Harris Teeter marketplace on MLK Jr. Boulevard in New Bern is nearly 100,000 square feet.

It's the largest Harris Teeter ever built. The grocery store features a burger bar, sushi train, beer & wine bar and a juice bar.

There is also express lane online shopping, a Starbucks and a drive-thru pharmacy.

VIC card customers will get three cents off per gallon of gas every day at the fuel center.

The store officially opened on Wednesday and will be open daily from 6 a.m. to midnight.
