Two more arrests made in Goldsboro homicide

GOLDSBORO, N.C. (WITN) - Two more people have been arrested for a murder more than a month ago in one Eastern Carolina city.

Goldsboro police have charged Antwon Hamilton with murder and Tynae Jeffers with harboring a fugitive.

Hamilton was nabbed Monday just two blocks from the murder scene, while Jeffers was arrested today, according to police.

Back on September 27th, two people were found shot in the 1500 block of Edgerton Street. Terrance Drakeford died at the scene, while a young girl was also wounded.

Last month, police arrested Keiraun Tann with the murder and said at the time that more charges were likely.

Hamilton is being held without bond, while Jeffers' bond was set at $5,000. Both are to have first court appearances today in Goldsboro.
