BEAUFORT COUNTY, NC (WITN) - The stockings are hung for our soldiers with care!

NC Packs 4 Patriots collected 950 stockings for the Stockings for Soldiers drive.

Bobby Hodges, who helps organize the drive, says they received the most donations this year out of the last five years.

Each year, volunteers donate stockings filled with items for our nation's heroes, including K9's, who cannot make it home for the holidays.

The stockings will be sent overseas just in time for Christmas.
