Sportsman's Giveaway to benefit local fire/ems

The Snow Hill Fire Department and Shine Fire/EMS are hosting their 3rd annual Sportsman's Giveaway this Saturday to raise money for their respective departments.

The event is on Saturday, September 30 from 1pm - 4pm at the fire department which is located at 201 Carolina Drive in Snow Hill.

It will begin with a half & half drawing at 2pm and then tickets will be drawn every 4 minutes until the Grand Prize ticket is drawn at precisely 4:16pm.

Organizers say there will be a total of three half & half drawings during the event.

Fifteen guns, fifteen $400 prizes, a runner up prize of $2,500 and a grand prize of $10,000 will be given away.

Raffle tickets will be available for sale at the door up until 1:45 PM on the day of the event.

You must have a ticket to enter on the day of the drawing. There will be free food and drinks with admission!!
