Pound of meth seized in Duplin County traffic stop

DUPLIN COUNTY, NC (WITN) A pound of meth is off the streets following a traffic stop in Duplin County.

Deputies with the Duplin County Sheriff's Office pulled over Tina Rogers and Bradley Henderson on Highway 111 for traffic violations.

Officials say they discovered Henderson had outstanding warrants for his arrest and they conducted a search of the vehicle.

During the search deputies found about a pound of meth, more than $3,000 marijuana and other drug paraphernalia.

Henderson is charged with three counts of trafficking meth, conspire to traffic in meth, along with several possession charges. He is currently being held at the Duplin County Detention Center under a $200,000 secure bond.

Rogers is charged with conspire to traffic in meth, maintain a place to keep controlled substances and several possession charges. She is being held under a $100.000 secure bond.
