KINSTON, N.C. (WITN) - Kinston police have released the name of the man killed in a shooting overnight.
Police say 34-year-old Alexander Baker was shot and killed on E. Highland Avenue. Investigators say the call came in to police as a domestic disturbance.
Officers say Baker was staying with his girlfriend. Another man and two juveniles were also at the home.
Police say everyone involved is cooperating in the investigation. No arrests have been made, but police say they are working with the district attorney's office to determine if charges will be filed.

Kinston Police Chief Tim Dilday told WITN that no arrests will be made in the case. No other information is currently available.
