NEWS FLASH: Police ID man they say exposed himself on OBX beach

KITTY HAWK, NC (WITN) - Police on the Outer Banks say they have identified a man who was seen flashing himself on the beach two different times earlier this month.

Kitty Hawk police are still looking to arrest Zane Reynolds for indecent exposure.

Earlier this month, police say a man was twice seen exposing himself and committing a lewd act near the Lillian Street Beach Access. The flashings took place on April 5th and 6th, according to police.

At the time police said the man was wearing sunglasses, light colored jeans, a blue windbreaker, and tan work boots.

The 33-year-old man has a lengthy criminal record dating back to 2002. Among his convictions are for multiple burglary and vehicle B&Es in Dare and Hyde counties.
