I-40 eastbound reopens in Duplin County due to tractor trailer crash

An overturned tractor trailer closed part of Interstate 40 in Duplin County for several hours today.
The crash happened around 8:30 a.m. in the eastbound lanes near the U.S. 117 exit between Warsaw and Magnolia.
The D.O.T. says the lanes headed toward Wilmington reopened shortly before 3:00 p.m. but that traffic remains congested.
