Hearts With Hands plans to help those affected by Florence with giveaway

A relief organization called Hearts With Hands will be set up to give away basic items like water, food, hygiene kits, diapers and paper products at Carteret Community College from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. today.

The organization has two trailer loads of goods to give away.

The items will be given away on a first-come first-serve basis.
