One of the most common New Year's resolutions is to lose weight or get in better shape, but experts say that fad diets should be avoided in favor of sustainable, life-style changes that will be more nutritious over the long term.
Bucher says diet is a lifestyle choice, not a verb and that results won't be instant but she says that's not a bad thing.
