A man is being held in jail on a $2 million bond after receiving drug trafficking charges.

Greenville police say David Jackson, who may also go by David Perkins, was arrested after being found with at least 28 grams of heroin on him.

The warrant says Jackson gave the heroin to another man. WITN is expecting to learn more soon about the events leading up to his arrest.

Jackson appeared in court with his attorney on Tuesday. A judge kept the bond at $2 million and his next court date is December 18th.
