Disabled Veterans of America holds annual Veterans Day Ceremony

Among the Veterans Day celebrations across the nation, was one ceremony in Jacksonville where veterans honored veterans.

The Disabled Veterans of America Chapter 16 held its annual Veterans Day ceremony in Jacksonville.

The ceremony included patriotic music from the Second Marine Division Band Quintet, as well as guest speaker Colonel J.C. Harder. Colonel Harder is a retired Marine.

The event also included the wreath-laying ceremony that honors all veterans who paid the ultimate sacrifice while serving our nation.

Monday morning's celebration was the culmination of Jacksonville's tribute weekend which also included a concert on Friday and the veteran’s parade on Saturday.
