DEPUTIES: Robber on the run after armed robbery reported at Dollar General

NASH COUNTY, N.C. (WITN) - A robber is on the run after a reported armed robbery at a Dollar General here in the east.

Nash County 911 officials say it happened at around 8:15 at the Dollar General on NC 97 in Elm City. Officials say nobody was hurt, but they were not able to give us any information about a description of the robber.

WITN is working to gather more information.
