Carteret County re-opening county-maintained beach access points

Carteret County officials say they are re-opening county-maintained beach access points.

They say access points at Salter Path, Radio Island, and Harkers Island will open on Monday.

County officials urge residents to continue practicing social distancing and to avoid mass gatherings to limit the spread of COVID-19.
