Nikki Withers

Nikki was born and raised in Wisconsin. She grew up watching WEAU and enjoyed the Mr. Food segments so it's safe to say she has been a longtime fan of WEAU and broadcasting. She is a member of the Ho-Chunk Nation of Wisconsin and likes to be involved in tribal events.

She graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Stout with a major in Management with a concentration in Project Management and two minors: English Writing & Literature and Business Administration. She has plans to attend the University of Wisconsin - Parkside for a Master of Arts in Professional Communication.

She is an avid media consumer who enjoys keeping up with current trends in the news. Her previous experience in media is volunteer work with an entertainment company out of Chicago where she reported on the latest movies, T.V. shows, and video games.

At WEAU, she helps produce the Hello Wisconsin broadcast at 4:30 am, 5:00 am, 5:30 am, and 6:00 am.

When she isn't working, Nikki enjoys freelance writing, reading, and playing video games. She also likes to spend quality time at home with her husband Brandon and their two cats: Lucy and Rogue.
