GREENVILLE, N.C. (WITN) - My June 7th weather trivia question deals with the time of day when relative humidity is the highest. It isn’t always when it feels the muggiest.

Term “relative humidity” is just that, relative. It is relative to how much humidity the air can hold. The warmer the air is, the great amount of humidity (water vapor) it can hold. So if it is warmer, the amount of water vapor the air can hold is much more than when it is cooler. This should be a big hint to give you the correct answer.
