Slight Risk of Severe Storms Monday Afternoon/Evening:

A slow moving cold front will arrive late Monday, bringing rain and storms to eastern North Carolina after midday. A few strong to severe storms may move through the area from 2pm to 8pm. The biggest risk with the storms will be wind gusts to 60mph, along with hailstones up to 1″ in diameter. Most areas will see half an inch to a full inch of rain as the front rolls through.
