Gas Prices Dip Slightly, Not As Low As 2008
Gas prices are down a bit before the big Thanksgiving travel push, but we are still paying a lot more for gas than we were at this time last year.

Gas prices are down a bit before the big Thanksgiving travel push, but we are still paying a lot more for gas than we were at this time last year.
The Lundberg Survey says the national average price of gas is $2.65, which is a drop of 3.64 cents in the last two weeks. AAA says the average in North Carolina is a little lower than the national average, at $2.60. However, that's no bargain compared to gas prices at this time last year. You might remember when prices dropped dramatically in late October and November. The average price on this day in 2008 in North Carolina was $1.94.

If this is the best Bush bash you can do, don't bother. You missed the boat and the elevator. It dropped when polls showed that a tax and spend democrat was going to be elected. It dropped when the deals of Barney Frank (D) and Christopher Dodd (D) in a (D) controlled houses, did nothing to stop the train wreck (Banks) that ensued. Obviously, you didn't have any facts last time and spent your time following the sheeple. Go get your koolaid. Do you have one of those Benie hats with the propeller on top. You spin more than you inform.

I remember when it was up 14,000 and started its downhill turn when Bush was still in office...what did he do to help it go back up? Nothing.. It was soo bad, that it kept taking a nose dive when Obama took over, and a few months after Obama took over Bush's mess ups, the DJ finally started going back up. Hmm.

TO OSOC, at least quote a fact. Sorry, wrong. It was down to 8046 in November of 08. It was 6626 in March 09, Obamas watch. But, somehow, somewhat and somewhere, this is Bush's fault....Right? Come on be creative, somehow, you can do that, right?
