To kick off a new weekly segment on WITN News at 5:30 p.m., meteorologist Matt Engelbrecht has the scoop on the interactive radar on witn.com.
You can get to the interactive radar through the weather dropdown menu located on the top bar on the homepage.
Using the interactive radar is simple. Click on the magnifying glass and type in your location to see the radar where you live. You can also put in other locations in America, to check out the radar where your friends or family members live.
The zoom feature is just like the one you are used to on Google maps. You can zoom all the way in to street level mapping. The radar activity will show up over the streets.
