Post-Tropical Cyclone Rina

Post-Tropical Cyclone Rina has now lost its tropical characteristics and no further advisories will be issued.

Rain and wind gusts will still be possible with some lingering moisture but no severe weather is expected.

    Well how do you explain Florida hit by Rina's remnants? Well i can explain it... a wind shear in the atmosphere is disturbing the storm and detereorating and pushing it in Florida but the low is 50 miles east of Cancun, Mexico.
