Tropical Depression #11 Staying Well Offshore

As of 5:00 am Monday, Tropical Depression #11 was located at 26.9 N, 46.7 W, or about 1,900 miles off the North Carolina coast. The storm was drifting slowly northward.

TD #11 is expected to strengthen just a bit over the next few days perhaps becoming Tropical Storm Jerry. Regardless of development the system should stay well off the U.S. coastline.
