ONSLOW: Jacksonville Officials Report Flooding

The City of Jacksonville spokesman says they see a lot of flooding there right now.

Glenn Hargett, a spokesman for the City of Jacksonville says several streets have been barricaded because of flooding.

Jacksonville is currently under a curfew, which Hargett says has kept most people off the streets. He says all businesses are closed because of the curfew.

Hargett says the city has been in touch with Progress Energy and Jones-Onslow EMC, the two electricity companies that serve Jacksonville. Hargett says they work to repair the downed lines when it's safe.
