There is a little relief for people without power and air conditioning.
WITN Meteorologist Matt Engelbrecht says the highs will be in the 80s the first part of the week, with the lows in the 60s.
""The highs Monday will be in the high 80s. There is a slight chance of rain and isolated thunderstorms Monday afternoon, which isn't welcoming news for people who have roof damage. The chance of precipitation is about 20 percent," Englebrecht said.
Monday night overnight into Tuesday morning, the lows will dip into the high 60s, which will give you and your home a chance to cool down.
Tuesday is not expected to be as warm as Monday, with highs in the mid 80s.
