Gov. Perdue To Continue Tour Of Damage

Governor Perdue will continue her tour of damage caused by Hurricane Irene Monday in Eastern Carolina.

The governor's first stop will be in Rocky Mount at Englewood Baptist Church. Her first tour of destruction is scheduled to begin at 9:45 a.m.

At 11:30 a.m. Perdue will make a stop at the county emergency operations center in Windsor. Her next stop will be at another county emergency operations center in Bayboro.

Perdue will conclude today's tour in Greenville. Her location has not yet been announced, but she should be in the city around 3:45 p.m.
